1 lb. round steak, cut in 3/4 inch cubes
1/4 cup flour
2 T. fat
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (6 oz.) can broiled mushrooms and broth
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Roll meat in flour; brown in hot fat in a large frying pan. Remove meat; add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook gentle until onions are golden. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until thickened and bubbly. Return meat to pan and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Serve over cooked noodles or fluffy cooked rice. Can use Parmesan cheese if desired.

Jeanette Williamson was married to Virgil Horner on February 17, 1943. She was born July 14, 1923 and passed away on May 25, 2001.

Virgil was the son of Walter Franklin Horner. Walter Franklin was the son of Robert Carson Horner.
