5 Cups Cabbage, Shoestring Sliced
1 Cup Chicken Broth
2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
1 Lb Peeled, deveined large raw shrimp, thaw if frozen
1 Tbsp. Grated lemon zest
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup Chopped Parsley
1/3 Cup Coconut Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat coconut oil in large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add shrimp, lemon zest, sea salt and crushed red pepper; sauté over medium heat 3-5 minutes until shrimp is just cooked through.

Remove from heat and add lemon juice and parsley. Flip to coat, then place in bowl.

Cook cabbage with chicken broth in same covered skillet until just before brown. Place cabbage on plates then return shrimp mix to skillet. Reheat on medium then remove from heat and mix in coconut milk. Place on cabbage and enjoy!!!
