Club Crackers
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup margarine
1/3 cup milk
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Place a layer of Club Crackers on bottom of pan.
Melt margarine in a saucepan, add milk, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and white sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly over low heat for 5 minutes.
Pour 1/2 of mixture over the layer of Club Crackers in the pan. Put on a 2nd layer of Club Crackers and press down gently. Pour over the remaining 1/2 mixture. Top with 3rd layer of Club Crackers and press down gently .

Topping: Melt over low heat or microwave the butterscotch chips, chocolate chips and peanut butter. Spread over the top of the bars and refrigerate for at least one hour to set chocolate. Then you can set it out on the counter and it will stay firm.
