2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Adams garlic & peppercorn seasoning
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and veined
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 lb angel hair pasta
1/2 jar of Roberts Reserve Southwest Dip

Directions:
Directions:
Toss shrimp with the pepper and oil.
Cook shrimp over medium heat for about 5 - 6 minutes or until pink
Add cream, Parmesan cheese and 1/2 jar of southwest dip to the skillet
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens
Cook pasta as directed on the box
Toss the sauce in the pasta and serve
