Ingredients:
1/2 c all purpose flour
1 package (2.5 tsp) active dry yeast
1/2 c warm water
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c wheat flour
1 tbsp Parmesan
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 c pizza sauce

Directions:
Combine first six ingredients in bowl of stand mixer/mixing bowl; mix until combined. When combined, raise speed to high and beat additional 3 minutes. Stir in next three ingredients until completely mixed in. Move dough to floured surface, knead more flour in until mixture is smooth (about 3 tbsp). Knead for 8 minutes. Form dough into a ball, placed into oiled bowl, cover and rise for 1 hour.

Uncover, punch down and remove to floured surface. Cover, allow to rise for another 10 minutes.

Roll out, slice into 10 - 20 inch strips. Spread sauce on half of strip, fold and twist. Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 F. Once risen, brush twists with egg whites, sprinkle with parm/cheddar/Italian herbs, and bake for 12 minutes or until golden.
