3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 Tbsp melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
2 1/2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix casserole ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
