2 (3 ounce) pkgs lemon gelatin
20 large marshmallows
2 cups hot water
1/2 cup cold waqter
3 apples, finely chopped
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in hot water.Add cold water. Let thicken and add apples and pecans. Congeal in 2 1/2 qt. dish.

Topping:
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping

Cook eggs and sugar until thick. Cool. Add whipped topping to egg mixture and pour over congealed salad.
