2 14 oz. cans of artichoke hearts
1 package Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 cup Best Foods mayonaise
1/2 cup light sour cream
Zest from 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley or chives

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix salad dressing, mayonaise, sour cream, and lemon zest. Stir in artichoke hearts. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with chopped parsley or chives. Refrigerate until chilled.
