1 egg white
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Beat egg white until stiff, fold in brown sugar, add nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake at 325º for about 15 minutes. Let cool before removing from paper. Makes: 24
