Ingredients:
3 c. chicken, diced (about 1 whole chicken)
1 bunch celery, diced
1 lb. of carrots, sliced
2 medium onions
2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
3 chicken bouillon cubes
16 c. water for chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken meat off the bones. Dice up the meat and set aside.

In a stock pot, boil the bones and water 30 minutes or more until any remaining meat falls off the bones easily. Strain the broth through a tightly woven strainer to remove the bones and scum.

Rinse the stock pot and return the broth to the pot. Add the chicken and remaining ingredients to the pot and cook until vegetables are tender (approximately 20-30 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
