2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp ground ginger or 1/2 tsp minced fresh gingerroot
Dash pepper
1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 " pieces
1 tsp olive oil
6 cherry tomatoes, halved

In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. In a nonstick skillet, saute the asparagus in oil until tender, about 7 minutes. Add the orange juice mixture and tomatoes; heat through.
