Lebanese flat bread (large pita bread)
1 head romaine lettuce, cut into bite size pieces
2-3 seedless cucumbers, bite size wedges (leave peels on)
5-7 radishes, chopped
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped
3-4 plum tomatoes, chopped
Olive oil
Vegetable oil
2-4 tablespoons sumac

Tear bread into quarters, split pockets apart. Fry quickly in vegetable oil until light brown. Set on paper towels to dry.

Toss lettuce, cucumbers, radish, onions. tomatoes, and parsley in large bowl Sprinkle sumac, toss. Drizzle with olive and lemon juice to taste. Just before serving crumble fried bread in and toss.

Can be made ahead of time. Store vegetables in airtight container-in refrigerator. Store bread in zip lock baggie Add liquid ingredients at time of serving
