1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup oil
2 beaten eggs
4 cups old fashioned oatmeal
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup milk
2 chopped apples
1 tsp cinnamon

Optional:

1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix together brown sugar, oil, and beaten eggs.

Add oatmeal, baking powder, milk, apples and cinnamon and optional cranberries/raisins/walnuts.

Mix well and spread in 9 X 11" greased pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
