6 small, sliced red onions
1 pound sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 6 small, sliced red onions until soft. Add 1 pound sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup water, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 1/2 teaspoon thyme, salt and pepper; cook for 10 minutes. Stir in 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
