3 lbs Lean hamburger
3 cans Spicy Chili Beans
2 cans Light Kidney Beans
2 cans Dark Kidney Beans
2 cans Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
3 sliced Jalapeņo Peppers

1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a cast iron skillet, brown hamburger until cooked
Slice Jalapeņo Peppers into rounds 1/8 -1/4 inch thick

Over a small campfire, place a stockpot roughly 6 inches above the heat source on a metal grill or hang from a tri-pod
Fill stockpot with all beans, stirring to mix as they are added
Mix in Jalapeņos, Chili Powder, Salt. and Pepper
Finally mix in browned hamburger

Continue to stir the stockpot and be sure to watch that the bottom of the pot is not burning. If the fire is to hot, raise the height of the stockpot

Medium levels of heat - cooks in roughly 2 hours
Serve topped with Shredded Cheddar cheese and tortilla chips
