1 large Green Onion, minced and chopped
2 T. Roasted Red Peppers, minced and chopped
1/2 lb. Crabmeat, press dry through a mesh strainer
2/3 c. Fresh Bread Crumbs (About 2 slices of white bread processed in a food processor)
1 Egg beaten
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/3 c. Mayonnaise
4 T. Fresh Parsley, minced very fine
Paprika

Mix all ingredients. Use to fill mushrooms, salmon or as a topping on steaks.
