Ingredients:  
2 packages of Unger's frozen gefilte fish
1 small onion, chopped fine in food processor
3 carrots, peeled and chopped fine in food processor
2 eggs
1/3 c ice water
1/2 T kosher salt
1/2 t sugar
1/2 t white pepper
2 rounded T matzoh meal
1 T white horseradish
3 T chopped fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients making sure to scrape paper with kitchen knife to remove all the fish into mixing bowl.
Place in well greased loaf pan, I use parchment paper on the bottom of mine.
Place loaf pan in pan with 2 inches of water.
Place fish pan in its water bath into oven and bake at 325º for 50-60 min or until top feels firm.
Allow to cool for 10 min.
Invert carefully onto aluminum foil and wrap well,
Refrigerate.
Can be refrigerated for 3 days.
