Clams Mozzarella Recipe

4 7oz cans of minced clams - drain and reserve liquid
4t. lemon juice
2 onions
2 green peppers
1/2 fresh parsley
1/2 lb butter
1 1/2 c seasoned breadcrumbs
1 package grated mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer clams with lemon juice for 15 minutes.
Chop up onions, peppers and parsley in food processor until mushy.
Add veggies to clams.
Add stick of butter.
When butter melts completely, add breadcrumbs with enough clam liquid til oatmeal consistancy.
Put mixture in pie plate and top with cheese.
Bake at 350 until cheese is melty and slightly brown.
