Dough:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking flour
4 eggs
1 tsp sugar
pinch salt
2 tbs lard or butter

Filling:
2 lbs ricotta cheese, diced
1 cup romano cheese, grated
2 lbs Italian sausage, cut in small pieces
1 lbs hard ricotta
1 tsp pepper
10 eggs
1 lb swiss cheese, diced
ham, diced
2 tsp parsley
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dough: mix ingredients together like noodles and roll out like a pie crust. Put dough in bottom of a baking pan. leave some out to make lattice top.
Filling: Mix together until mushy. Add filing to pan and then take strips of dough and make a lattice top (like a pie)
Cook about 1 hour till when fork is place in and comes out clean. Bake at 350º
