1 cup sugar
4 level tbsp. flour (1/4 cup)
2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Put sugar and flour together, mix well and gradually stir in whipping cream and vanilla. Pour in pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg lightly, swirl top with a toothpick. Heat oven at 425º, put pie in for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 350º and bake 45 minutes more, till almost set. Center will jiggle a little. Cool completely. Pie will set more as it cools to room temperature.
