2 box packages frozen spinach, thawed & well-drained
2 small onions, very finely chopped
2 1/4 cups Pepperidge Farm© stuffing with herbs
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until well combined. Form into one inch balls. Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Makes approximately 60 balls.
