1-4 oz round Brie Cheese
2 tbsp crumbled blue chz
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
2 sheets frozen phylo dough thawed and halved crosswise
2 tbsp. butter or marg, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Slice Brie in half horizontally. Place blue cheese and 2 tbps of walnuts over cut side of bottom half of the Brie. Replace top half

Brush one half sheet of dough with some melted butter or marg. Place Brie in center of dough. Cover remaining dough witha dam cloth to prevent from drying.

Repeat brushing and wrapping with remaining half sheets of dough, turning chz over after wrapping with each sheet of dough. Brush the wrapped cheese with melted marg or butter. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts, cover and chill. to serve place in a shallow baking dish Bake at 425% oven about 10 min till golden
