Ingredients:  
1 large can Brooks Chili Mix w/beans (opt.)
1 can tomatoes (1/2 qt. size)
1 can tomato juice
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 t. garlic powder
1 t/ salt
1 T. chili powder
1 lb. gr. chuck
1 lb. gr. sausage
1/2 large onion
1 large can kidney beans
1 box spaghetti (cooked)
2. c. shredded cheese
1/2 chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Brown all meat together along with chopped onion. Drain. In large pan or Dutch oven. Put in Chili mix, can tomatoes, tomato juice, tomato paste, garlic powder, salt, chili powder. Cook on low for several hours, stirring occasionally. Add 1 large can of kidney beans about 1/2 hour before serving ( opt.l). Cook spaghetti and serve sauce over adding cheese and chopped onion. if desired.
