2 3/4 c. bread crumbs
6 large Quahogs (or 2 small cans of clams)
1 T. dry parsley
1/2 c. olive oil
2 onions, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1 clove of garlic
pinch of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot or large frying pan, fry onions, celery, and garlic in the oil.

Add the Quahogs and juice. Stir in the bread crumbs and parsley.

Lightly fill clean Quahog shells and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake until browned (20-30 minutes) at 350º.
