2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 1-pound can red sock eye salmon
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 cup finely diced cucumber
1/2 cup diced celery
3/4 cup diced green pepper
dash tabasco
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup thick mayonnaise
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water over gelatin. Melt the gelatin over a double boiler. Mix salmon, undrained, with vegetables. Add seasonings and set aside. Whip the cream and mix with mayonnaise. Pour over the salmon and blend well. Pour into an oiled fish-shaped mold. Refrigerate overnight. Turn into a tray lined with lettuce and surrounded with sliced cucumbers or artichoke hearts.
