1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick butter ( melted)
1 egg

Mix above ingred. Pat out 9 x 13greased and floured...set aside
Mix1-8 oz. pkg. cream chz., 1 box confectioners sugar and 2 eggs
Spread on top of crust

Bake 350º for 40 min
