2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour plus aliitle more
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1-3/4 cup milk
1 cup velvetta chz. Cut small pcs.
4 hard boiled eggs
Fresh asparagus steamed or 3 cans asparagus drained

Butter cassarole bowl
Top with crackers crushed and put in melted butter

Bake 350º till bubbly
