1 lb of ground beef, (2lbs for extra meaty chili), 2-15oz cans of chili beans, 1-2.25oz pkg dry chili mix, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp salt, 1Tbsp hot sauce, 1/4 cup A-1 Steak Sauce, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 jalapeno pepper finely cut. Garnish: 2 cups Cheddar Jack cheese, 1 small onion diced, 1 cup sour cream.

Brown and drain hamburger, Mash one can of beans and mix hamburger, both cans of beans in large pot. Add milk and dry chili mix, cayenne pepper, salt, curry powder, steak sauce and hot sauce. Heat on low for 1/2 hr, then add jalapeno. Simmer for another 1/2 hour and serve with cheddar cheese, onion and sour cream.

You can adjust the spices to your own personal tastes. We actually use a lot more curry and cayenne. You can also add different types of hot peppers.
