8 oz. macaroni shells
1 stick butter
2 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shells according to package directions until al dente, drain well. Add all ingredients to crock pot (reserving 1/2 c. cheese for topping), stirring well. Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 hours, stirring periodically. Top with remaining cheese, and cook for approximately 30 more minutes until melted.
