Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 T. steak seasoning (I use Durkee Grill Creations "Kansas City Style")
2 T. all purpose flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 boneless pork loin roast (3 1/2 - 4 lbs. trimmed)

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork roast in a foil-lined broiler pan or 9"x13" baking pan. Combine the first four ingredients in a small bowl. Working quickly because mixture will thicken, spread evenly over the roast, including the ends, completely sealing as best you can. Bake at 475º for 20 minutes. REDUCE heat to 350º and continue baking for 50 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion of meat registers 155º. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes.
