1 lb. lean ground beef
3 medium onions(sliced)
1 can of mushrooms (4oz.) or fresh.
1 tsp. salt
1 cube beef bouillon
1 c. hot water
2 tbsp. flour
1 unbaked pie shell
2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef an onion in a skillet. Remove and place in large saucepan. Add mushrooms,salt. Dissolve bouillon in hot
water; add flour and stir into beef mixture, bending well. Boil gently for 5 minutes. Put mixture into pie shell.
Combine biscuit mix and milk; stir until smooth. Pour over beef mixture in pie shell. Bake uncovered, at 425º for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and
spread sour cream on top: sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minute longer.
