10- to 12- lb. fresh or frozen thawed whole turkey
1/2 cup Country Crock Spread
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
1-1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Preheat oven to 425°. Remove giblets from turkey cavity and rinse turkey inside and out; pat dry with paper towels.

Microwave remaining ingredients in small microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 10 seconds or until Spread is melted; stir. Starting at cavity opening, gently loosen skin on turkey and evenly spread 1/2 of the mixture under skin, then spread remaining over outside of turkey.

Arrange turkey breast side up in large roasting pan with rack. Roast 15 minutes. Decrease oven to 350° and roast an additional 2 hours or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of the thigh reaches 165°. Let stand covered loosely with aluminum foil 20 minutes before carving.
