12 oz. semisweet choc chips
12 oz. German sweet choc.
1 pint marshmallow cream (1 lb)
2 cups chopped walnuts
1 can evaporated milk (13-14 oz)
4 1/2 cups sugar
2 tbsp butter
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweet chocolate and marshmallows. Reserve. In a sauce pan, over medium heat, combine milk, sugar, butter and salt. Bring to boiling stirring constantly. Cook stirring continuously for 6-7 minutes. Pour boiling milk, sugar mixture over reserved choc/marshmallow mixture and beat until the chocolate is melted and the fudge is creamy. Pour fudge mixture into a buttered 9 x 9 or 9 x 13" pan and let cool at room temp for a few hours or over night. Store in a tin box or other airtight container. Makes about 5 pounds of fudge.
