Crust
2 c. cake flour
1/2 c.confectioner's sugar
1 c. soft butter
Filling;
6 eggs
2 1/4 c.granulated sugar
6 T. cake flour
3/4 c. lemon juice
2 T. lemon zest

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Crust:
Mix cake mix and sugar together. Cut softened butter into sugar/flour mix until it resembles a pie crust consistency.Press into a 13 x 9" baking dish. Bake 15-20 min. until just light brown. if cracks appear gently push them together.
Filling:
Beat together eggs, sugar, 6T. flour,lemon juice and lemon rind for at least one minuet. Mixture will be thin, it will set while baking. Pour mixture over the baked crust. Bake another 25 min. until filling is set. Cool thoroughly before cutting.
Sprinkle with 10X sugar
