2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 pinch salt
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450F with large pan in oven.
Combine milk, flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, salt in bowl and whisk or blender.
Melt butter in pan, spread with silicone brush.
Pour batter in pan, bake for ~15 minutes or until golden brown
