1 lb. venison steak
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 minced onion
1/4 c. butter
1 c. condensed chicken broth
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
coat steak with mixture of flour,salt,and pepper. Pound into steak. Cut into 1-by-11/2 inch strips. Brown onion lightly in butter in skillet. Add venison stripes. Cook until brown on both sides. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Add broth and mushrooms. Cook, uncovered. over low heat until venison is tender and mixture is thickened. Stir in sour cream just before serving.



Serve over pasta or rice.
