2 c. kosher salt
1 c. sugar
1 pint Burbon

Directions:

Mix ingredients together. Take container big enough to submerge your turkey in. Add 2 gallons of water and add your ingredients to the water and stir. Place turkey in brim and completely submerge. Put cover on container and leave for 24 to 48 hours. Remove turkey, rinse and dry.
If you wish stuff and pepper the outside. Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake at 325º for 2-31/2 hours (depends on size of bird) Uncover and bake addtional 45 min. Serve
