8 ounces rigatoni pasta
8 ounces sweet Italian sausage links
2 red and/or green peppers, cut into 1 1/2 inch strips
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup bottled creamy Caesar salad dressing
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well;
reserve 1/2 cup cooking water. In large nonstick skillet,
cook sausage over medium-high heat until browned on
all sides, 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover;
cook until no longer pink, 15 minutes. Remove sausage
to cutting board; cool slightly. Diagonally cut sausage
into 1/4"-thick slices. Discard all but 1 Tbs. drippings in
skillet. To drippings in skillet, add peppers, onion,
seasoning and salt; cook over medium heat, stirring
occasionally, until just tender, 15-20 minutes. Remove
from heat; stir in pasta, dressing, reserved pasta water
and sausage. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan and parsley.
