2 lbs (3) sweet potatoes
2 T butter (soft)
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c karo syrup
1/2 T cinnamon
1/2 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
bake sweet potatoes on cookie sheet at 350º for 1 hour
remove skins
place butter, sugar, karo syrup, cinnamon and vanilla in mixing bowl
blend for 2 minutes
add sweet potatoes
blend for 1 minute.
serve immediately.
