3-4 Large ripe bananas mashed
1 cup white sugar
1 beaten egg
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Mix the mashed banana, egg, butter and sugar together. Set aside. In another bowl mix together the baking soda, salt flour and baking powder. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Stir but not over stir. Pour into greased muffin tins and coop for approximately 20 minutes. You can add nuts or chocolate chips if you like.
