1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups frozen shelled edamame (soy beans), thawed
1 medium onion (I prefer red onions), diced
3 Tbs. olive oil
3 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground cumin
pepper to taste

Directions:

Drain and rinse black and garbanzo beans. Mix with edamame and onion. In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, garlic, cumin and pepper, adjusting oil and vinegar to taste. Add to bean mixture, stirring to coat. Refrigerate at least two hours for best results.
