8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 or 4 cups broccoli florets, chopped
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 medium size sweet onion, or red onion, chopped
1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds (optional)
DRESSING
1 cup mayonnaise, or Miracle Whip
4 tablespoons sugar, or honey
2 teaspoons or tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt, to taste
2 teaspoons ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. In a large bowl combine broccoli, shredded cheeses, bacon, onion and sunflower seeds (if desired).
2. Prepare the dressing in a small bowl by whisking together the vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Combine dressing with salad. Cover, refrigerate until ready to serve.
