3 Lbs of Chicken Wings, Washed and Dried
3/4 Cup of Tequila
3/4 Cup Triple Sec
1/4 Cup of Fresh Lime Juice
Zest of One Lime
1 1/2 Tsp of Sea Salt
Honey for Glazing
3/4 of a Jar of Dinosaur Roasted Garlic Honey BBQ Sauce
2 Fresh Limes Sectioned

In a small bowl, combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, lime zest, and salt. Stir until salt has dissolved. Remove 1/3 cup of the mixture and set aside in a covered container. Pour remaining marinade into a large ziploc with chicken wings. Seal bag and let marinade in refrigerator for at least an hour. Turn bag occasionally. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove wings from bag and discard marinade. Arrange wings on a large sheet pan. Brush wings with reserved marinade and drizzle honey on them. Bake for 45 minutes, adding BBQ sauce and more honey to taste.
