Coconut oil
Lemon juice and rosemary
Poultry season, herb de provence

Preheat to 375º
Marinate breasts in lemon juice, zest, rosemary overnight is nice.
Med heat, brown breasts in skillet. Then turn and place all in oven 50 to 60 min.
