2 cans black beans rinsed and drained
2 large cans chicken drained and flaked
1 package of creamed spinach (or spinach souffle)
1 20 oz. jar of picante sauce
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese (1/2 cup reserved for top)

Directions:

combine all ingredients and put in a 9x13. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Serve with taco chips.
