3-4 chicken breasts cut into small bite size pieces.
1 med onion chopped
1T minced garlic
2 T olive oil
1 can cream if chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1C sour cream
2 sleeves of Ritz Crackers crushed
1 T melted butter
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Heat olive oil in skillet.
Sauté cubed chicken, garlic and onion in olive oil.
Put 1 sleeve of Ritz cracker into plastic bag and crush.
Spray casserole dish with Pam.
Add all ingredients to casserole dish (reserve 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers and the butter)

Bake casserole for 40 min. (Do not cover)
Crush remaining sleeve and toss in melted butter.
Top casserole
Put casserole back into oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it stand for 10 minutes more.
