1/2 cup soft butter
1- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla OR 2 Tbsp. Rum or Brandy

Directions:

Mix with beater until smooth anc creamy.
Put on top of: puddings, bread pudding, rhubarb sauce, or other desserts.

My mother, Erma's mom Hazel used to make this. This isn't exactly her recipe; but it is the only one I found that's just like hers.
