1 stick butter or margarine
6 eggs lightly beaten
1/4 c + 1T sugar
1t vanilla
1/4c orange juice
dash salt

Directions:

Melt butter or margarine in casserole dish
Mix next five ingredients. Pour mixture over blintzes. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle top with cinnamon before baking. Use waxed paper collar. Bake at 325°45-50 minutes. Knife in center should come out clean
