2 pineapple dice (pint size) , 2 honeydew dice (pint size), 2 cantalope small (or pint size ) dice, package strawberry cut in half, kiwis slice in like size quarter, 1 bunch red berries, 1 bunch red grapes, 1 bunch green grapes, (1- 12 oz yogurt, 1 tbsp honey, tsp vanilla for the dipping sauce) lettuce or kale to make a bed for the fruit, assemble the fruits in bunches always use your pineapple head for garnish slice in half to put on one side of your platter. Use half a honeydew for your dipping sauce. Assembled your platter once u have everything cut and assemble the way you like it to look ..use my picture for a sample

Need one large round platter ( for your fruit ) always us your imagination for the decorations on your plate this was made by the help of my nieces Sheena Lee Medina and NyaLee Medina (sous chefs), and make it your on designed....Bon appetite.
