2- Honeydew cut in medium dice , 2- cantaloupe cut medium dice 2- pineapple cut in medium dice, red grape, and green grape, 4- kiwi cut like quarter, slice oranges also for garnish,strawberry cut in slice, bag skewert stick,.............tsp TT honey , 1 12oz sour cream (or fruit yogurt) , vanilla, red lettuce to make a bed of lettuce to garnish the plater

Assemble in a bed of red lettuce, place head of pineapple split in the middle,in middle of platter , line up the fruit assembled in the platter...assemble dice of honeydew, 1 dice cantalope, 1 dice pineapple, and 1 slice strawberry on skewer the way you want each skewer to look .. And arrange the rest of the fruit on one side or arrange them in any places you wish for the presentation.©
